Oh dear.

I just wasted half a day at Comex. Went to Suntec at first because I'd apparently read everything on the advertisement but the venue. Had to travel down to the Expo and walk a reaaally long way over from where the car was parked (illegally of course).
Wanted to get an mp3 player and a vcr. To put it nicely, I'm an impatient shopper. To put it not so nicely, I shop like a man. I probably spent a lot more time getting swept away by the crowd from my intended destination than trying out the products.
Didn't get my mp3 player in the end. Darn it. Wanted an iRiver, but it was way too expensive and the salesman annoyed me. A lot. I've no idea why, but he was just so ever reluctant to let go of his damn mp3 players. It's not like there was much space for me to dash away with it. And I'm beginning to wonder if watching too many Chinese programmes and speaking too much chinese is beginning to affect the way i look, because the damn salesman kept playing some song by Elva Hsiao when i was trying the mp3 players. Despite repeated attempts at to hint to him that I'm not into Chinese songs by speaking in English, the damn man just kept playing the same song, over and over again. However, i must pause here to add that the iRiver mp3's don't have very good sound quality because i couldn't hear a thing despite it being adjusted to a volume of 26. And this, comes from someone who listens to a Creative player at a volume of 9 in a crowded area.
Waiting for the price of the 30gb Creative Zen Vision:M to fall. The Zen V Plus is so puny, it's pointless giving it a video function. Did get the vcr, so i'll not have to stay up till 11 just to catch House or quan ming da men guo, yay!
