This year's Orchestra Nite is our Orchestra's third ever concert. We will be playing numerous well-known pieces including 春, 丰年祭, 天龙八部 as well as our SYF piece -喜讯传边寨. The concert will feature the various sections with their ensemble pieces such as 战马奔腾 and 大理情风, while our dizi soloist, Ruiguang, will be playing 收割. The concert will not just consist of Oriental music as the cello/bass section will be presenting Canon in D.

Join us on the 26th of March for a nite(sic) of wondrous music and be enthralled by the melodious tunes of the Swiss Cottage Chinese Orchestra.

This was supposed to be for the noticeboard, but Ms Lim said that no one would be able to stand there and read the whole thing :((( so I decided to put it up here instead as a form of free advertisement.
Just edited it, the paper is in a nice shade of matallic yellow :)))


Chose my new pair of spectacles. They're really really unique. Can only get them next week cos my mom made contacts too. Wanted to get contacts cos I look ummm.. less daow without glasses, but specs are so much funkier. My specs are seriously getting more expensive by the pair, paid 360bucks for this pair. Like OMFG, the person didn't say till i chose the specs. It's supposed to be a designer piece handmade in france, but HELL, who really knows? It's really nice anyway :)))
